<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:black">The group had tentatively agreed to a CMC midterm telecon on 11 March 2015 from 12:00 to 15:00 GMT. Unfortunately, there is a conflict for one of the members. The Secretariat would like to determine
the availability of the members on alternate dates, specifically 9 (Monday) or 13 (Friday) March 2015. The time will be the same: 12:00 – 15:00 GMT.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:black">Please let me know by the end of this week if you are able to support a telecon on the 9<sup>th</sup> or 13<sup>th</sup> of March 2015 from 12:00 – 15:00 GMT. We will plan for the least amount of conflict
