[CMC] Draft Project Resources

I have seen that a new version of the excel Table has been uploaded into 
the CWE. It would be nice if a clean version is produced (prior to the 
telecon on 13th Dec?)  that match the current CWE Draft project View, 
which contains 56 Projects.
Comments are as follows:
17 Draft projects do not exist anymore (please cross check vs CWE). 
However some of them (not all) have a different colour assigned in the 1st 
column that means "deleted"
4 Draft projects (all BBs) are missing in the Table (Telerobotics BB, 
Wireless WAN BB, OPT C&S BB Issue 2, OPT Physical Layer BB issue 2)

If you need help, please let me know

The most important Draft Projects to discuss are the ones highlighted (in 
the last CESG Report to CMC) as NWI to be started in 2017 (see below)
