[CMC] Short report for CMC on OPT WG Status + Draft Projects Resources

Dear all,

Please find attached 1 chart explaining the current status of the actions 
placed upon CESG / SLS Area and Optical WG as consequence of the CMC 
resolution.



Last but not least, the CESG Chairs expect a thorough discussion of the 
Draft Project resources (as agreed at the last CMC meeting in Rome) during 
the next CMC webex on 13th Dec 2016.

There are currently 56 Draft projects, and the Agency resources have to be 
updated using the CESG proposed criteria  For the sake of completeness I 
show below the closure of action CMC-A-2016-10-15 ,  placed upon me during 
the last CMC meeting

Assumption: 
Priorities are only defined for the allocation of resources to existing 
CCSDS Draft Projects. 
Resources deployed for execution of tasks as WG Chair / Deputy Chair are 
outside this definition.

Defintion
Priority 1
An Agency commits to deploy resources for producing a BB or a MB or a GB
i.e.
as Book Editor (for BB/MB/ GB) and / or 
as Prototype 1 Developer (for BB) and / or 
as Prototype 2 Developer (for BB)
Priority 2
An Agency commits to deploy resources for contributing to the production 
of a BB or a MB or a  GB by actively participating (physically and / or 
remotely by webex) in all associated informal and formal review of 
documents and interoperability test reports
Priority 3
An Agency commits to deploy minimal resources for monitoring the progress 
in the production of a BB or a MB or a GB
