DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION: This draft CCSDS Recommended Standard
specifies the Unified Space Data Link Protocol (USLP) for use by space
missions over space-to-ground, ground-to-space, or space-to-space
communications links. The current issue incorporates changes resulting
from review of the original issue.<br>
<br>
The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review
Coordinator is <b>2017-5-3</b>. More information is available at
