<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">A question has come up here locally (at JPL) regarding the potential use of the two spare bits for the AOS header for spacecraft identifier. You may recall that this was flagged in the system
engineering report to CESG at the London/fall meetings regarding lack of SCIDs in SANA for AOS frames and my recollection was that there were 2 bits that have been identified as being able to be repurposed for spacecraft identifier. But I think that to do
this we would have to have an update to the AOS book or CCSDS 732.0. Is there a plan to update this book?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

looking to see if the SLS report had anything about plans for CCSDS 732.0.) I realize that you were not the CESG chair at this meeting, but perhaps going forward we can make a better effort to capture the various presentations, etc.
