I was glad that I could be present during the joint SM&C and DTN WG discussion. I’m really pleased that this concept, first described by the IOAG in 2009, is now getting some CCSDS effort. I am a little concerned that the intent of these
services may not be completely understood, and I would like to ensure that the intent is met by any new services / protocols that are formally defined.

just what it Is that the IOAG SISG had intended.
