<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none">The Systems Engineering Area,<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none">CONSIDERING that the SEA Security WG has requested that relevant security topics should be addressed in ALL CCSDS publications,<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none">And that the WG has asked that the attached Security considerations section be adopted,<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none">And that the WG has provided examples of what revised GB might look like,<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none">And that the SEA AD has reviewed the documents (attached) and concurs with the WG request.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none">And RECOGNIZING that responsibility for requesting review and publication of a document is an AD responsibility, as defined in A02.1-Y-4, Sec 6.2.2.2.2-b-2, and that<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none">The affected Yellow Books are under CESG and CMC cognizance.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none">And RECOGNIZING that three changes are needed to existing Yellow Books:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="mso-ligatures:none">Including the new draft Security section in the SANA Considerations Annex in CCSDS A02x1y4c2.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>
