CONSIDERING that:<br>

The Chair</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;color:black">
of the Delta-DOR WG, James Border, is planning to retire within this year.<br>

And RECOGNIZING that:<br>
<br>
The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4) Sec 2.3.3.4 defines the process for approval of WG Chairs, and that<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;color:black">The CESG, in Sec 2.3.2.3, is defined as the organization that approves WG Chairs.<br>

and that,<br>

The Delta-DOR WG needs to be led by someone who is sufficiently “senior” in CCSDS and has the requisite technical background and leadership ability.<br>
