<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">following the cancellation of the face-to-face Fall Meeting in Toulouse, the Working Groups' technical meetings and Area coordination meeting(s) will be held remotely, as with the 2020 Spring Meeting,</span>

<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Also in this case, the WGs will be given an extended period of three weeks for their technical meetings.</span>
<br>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">And, also this time, the WGs are free to alternatively schedule the technical meetings only during the already foreseen week (26 to 30 October), if they prefer so.

Regretfully, it is my responsibility to inform you that the CCSDS Technical, CESG, and CMC Meetings scheduled for October/November 2020 in Toulouse, France have been cancelled by the CMC. Due to the current global health climate and travel restrictions, it
would not be feasible to host the meetings in person or fair to ask any of you to attend. If you have outstanding travel reservations, please cancel them as soon as possible.
