<b>CONSIDERING that:</b><br>

The Delta-DOR WG does not now have a Deputy WG Chair, and that<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">The WG has indicated that it would like to have a Deputy Chair identified.<br>

<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="color:black">And RECOGNIZING that:</span></b><span style="color:black"><br>

The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) Sec 2.3.3.4 defines the process for WG Chair (or Deputy):<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin-left:.5in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"TimesNewRomanPSMT",serif;color:#2E75B6;mso-style-textfill-fill-color:#2E75B6;mso-style-textfill-fill-alpha:100.0%">For existing WGs requiring a replacement chair or deputy chair, the respective
AD may propose a candidate. For both new and replacement chairs and deputy chairs, in the interest of fairness, the respective AD shall also invite the CMC via e-mail to propose additional candidates and potential resources. For new WGs, the CMC shall be allowed
14 calendar days to respond to such invitations; for existing WGs, the CMC shall be allowed 30 calendar days to respond. The respective AD shall determine nominees based on the proposed candidates, and final appointment of chairs and deputy chairs shall be
accomplished by CESG poll. </span><span style="color:#2E75B6;mso-style-textfill-fill-color:#2E75B6;mso-style-textfill-fill-alpha:100.0%"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
