<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Moreover the subject of the e-mail is rather misleading as it looks as a simple reminder to those not registered yet.</span>

<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">In a period where e are flooded with e-mails, I would not be surprised if people already registered will ignore the mail after simply reading the subject.</span>

<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">1) send a new mail with a clear subject warning the non US citizens for the urgent request, and</span>

<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">2) extend the deadline for providing the information (at least for the scanned passports).</span>
