Thanks.  This addresses the second item, but it does not appear to address the first item at all.  In the worst case this effort could actually result in adding even more distinct definitions to the SANA Glossary, which, I hope you will agree, moves us in the
 wrong direction.  I think your team needs to address how you propose to handle this.  Will the final new agreed definitions all be marked as "preliminary", or will they be marked as "official"?  Or will you propose that the obsoleted definitions be marked
 as "obsolete" and left until the docs that created them are updated?  <o:p></o:p></p>
