create your draft project in the CWE Framework. The Project shall, between
others, identify the resources required for the project - in your
case, the resources have already done the editing work. The dates for the
various milestones shall be put very close to each other for the
part of the work that has already been done. Once completed the editing
work, the Book will be submitted to Agency Review (I assume this
will be the Blue Book 2.). The relevant dates shall also be entered in
the draft project.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Also, you should
determine if the new project requires resources for prototyping - depending
on the kind of changes, it may be required to do delta-prototyping</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif"> </span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Once the draft
project has been created, it will be submitted to poll for CMC approval
( not CESG).</span>

new project shall be be complemented by a "Concept Paper", as

a concise piece of text, to outline the nature of the changes. Also,
it shall explain if, depending on the envisaged changes, prototyping
is - or is not - required.</span>

for CMC approval, please provide :</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">- the link to
the draft project</span>
