<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">ESA would like to propose Holger Dreihahn
for the role of CSTS Working Group Chair.</font>
<p><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Holger , who is an engineer in the ESA’s
Operations Directorate, has been member of the CSTS Working
Group since some years, and has developed a large experience in all matters
to be addressed by the Working Group.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Also, he has contributed to some activities
at “area” level of Cross Support Services, thus becoming a key
person in many of Cross-Support related topics.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">He has interacted with working groups
from other Areas, and has become familiar with CCSDS practises and
methodologies.</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">At ESA Holger is in charge of
the development of software applications for the ESA's network of Ground
Station. In this role, he has managed the development of prototypes of
the CSTS service recommendations. This gave him also the engineering insight
into the services specified by the CSTS Working Group.</font>

have both indicated that they will be stepping down from their working
group roles.</font>

of these roles please feel free to identify the nominee and role and provide
some brief background information as to qualification. Doing so by 1 September
2017 will be much appreciated. The effective date for the new Working
Group Chair and Deputy Chair will be 1 January 2018.</font>
