<font size="2" face="sans-serif">You are , surely, aware that the CESG Chairs are not involved in the mail discussions on CESG conditions raised during the polls.</font><br>

<font size="2" face="sans-serif">Therefore, for me as CESG Chair the conditions are only solved when the Secretariat sends a mail stating it. This mail is the trigger to issue the corresponding CMC poll</font><br>

<font size="2" face="sans-serif">As I have not seen any mail stating that, for me all conditions are still being solved.</font><br>

<font size="2" face="sans-serif">This is a big issue (delay suffered is too long, sometimes longer than the Agency review). We will discuss it again at San Antonio (face2face).</font><br>
