<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#1F497D">Earlier I indicated that the new template seemed okay to me. Thinking a bit more about this I note that it has the usual meeting demographics that show the participation of various agencies
at the face-to-face meeting. In my experience a lot of work gets done in between the meetings. In the CSS Area the meeting demographics vs the telecon attendance demographics tend not to be the same. We unfortunately have what I will call, for want of a
better term, “standards tourists” who attend the meetings but are never seen at the teleconferences. Some of this is understandable as an agency may only be able afford to maintain cognizance for one or more areas. But perhaps CMC would like to have a measure
of what agencies are regularly attending teleconferences vs those that are not?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
