I see that you a few comments on the Network Layer Security Adaptation
Profile poll and voted "approve with conditions."<br><br>
Regarding the spelling errors - these will be corrected in the review
document.<br><br>
Regarding the empty Annex A - the ICS is a requirement for the
<i>finalization</i> of a Recommended Standard (Org & Procs 6.2.6). It
is not required for a draft Recommended Standard. In this case, the
to-be-supplied annex was created by the Secretariat as a
placeholder as well as reminder to the WG. If the presence of the
placeholder annex is a problem, it can be deleted for Agency
review.<br><br>
