<div>I’ll also note, for the record, that NASA seems to be the worst offender, with ESA a distant second. The other agencies, at least based on this simple search, do not seem to be holding Type 2 SCIDs hostage. So, with my shiny CCSDS helmet clamped firmly
upon my head I’ll go off to do battle with my own organization. What fun. I trust that Nestor will do the same for ESA.</div>

birds”. The response to this poll also made reference to other polls that addressed this same topic, but from different perspectives. The initial poll was CMC-A-2015-11-02 which was sent out in November 2015, asking that the SANA inform the agencies of the
