research.  Perhaps we need to both state that we are using the IEEE

conventions AND also put the frequencies in GHz as well as the band identifiers.

 That must be unambiguous.  </font>

        you attached the following table for frequency

bands, however my frequency guru (i.e. Enrico Vassallo) always warns me

about using bands named with letters as this is not unique.<br>

there are clear difference between IEEE (compliant with your table, I think),

ITU, and EU, NATO, US ECM frequency designations.<br>
