you to remember that CCSDS BB 401 is a collection of very many independent
recommendations. As such the project for the evolution of such document
contains a number of related sub-projects (16 actually). Therefore, the
answer to your "Future Work" questions 1,2, 4 and 5 is that they
are included in the 401 update project and are realistic at this stage.
Question 3 is outside the purview of the WG.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Concerning your BB/GB questions 1-3,
the schedule is in line with the current activity and is planned to be
reviewed at the end of the London meeting, as customary. Note that the
two GB projects are necessary since not covered by changes in 401 (BB).</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Last but not least, the current plan
stops in 2017 but may be changed in light of schedule delays or newly required
activities (one Agency already mentioned verbally a possible additional
study area.) If all the goals are achieved, the WG will of course be disbanded
as per CCSDS rules.</font>
