[CESG] New CESG Polls

Dear CESG Members,

Three new CESG polls have been posted to the CWE:

- CESG-P-2024-03-001 Approval to release CCSDS 505.0-P-3.1, XML Specification for Navigation Data Messages (Pink Sheets, Issue 3.1) for CCSDS Agency review
- CESG-P-2024-03-002 Approval to publish CCSDS 901.31-Y-1, Functional Resource Registry at SANA (Yellow Book, Issue 1)
- CESG-P-2024-03-003 Reconfirmation of CCSDS 509.0-B-1, Pointing Request Message (Blue Book, Issue 1, February 2018)
