I had a minor clerical error, transposing 3 and 4 in the resolution number (although the email subject line is correct), highlighted in red font.  Please see the updated resolution text below which is also corrected in the attached.

CSS-R-2024-03-001, Resolution for Publication of a Yellow Book Supporting the Functional Resource Model (CCSDS 901.3)

The CSS Area,

CONSIDERING that the FUNCTIONAL RESOURCE MODEL, Recommended Practice, CCSDS 901.3, has successfully completed CMC publication polling (reference CMC-P-2024-01-003 Authorization to publish CCSDS 901.3-M-1);

and NOTING that 901.3 refers to an internal CSS Area Technical Note that details how the Functional Resources defined by the Functional Resource Model are registered with the Space Assigned Numbers Authority (SANA);

and RECOGNIZING the Technical Note, "FUNCTIONAL RESOURCE REGISTRY AT SANA" (CSSA 2-TN-1.2) has been sufficiently exercised and is the basis for which the current SANA-registered Functional Resource Model has been created and populated;

RESOLVES the Technical Note be released as a CCSDS Yellow Book;

and hereby REQUESTS that the Secretariat proceed with all necessary processing to release the Technical Note as a CCSDS Yellow Book.
