Amber,
On item 1, Vinny now plays Rodney’s old role as the deputy of the SIS area.  So, I assume Rodney does not need to be there.

I don’t know if the Deputy ADs will be attending.  Is there any complication/constraint if we extend the invite to the 6 Deputies?  If not, I’d like to add them to the list, and leave it up to them on the choice of attendance.  If you need me to check with the Deputy ADs first, let me know.

Sami – is there any other key members that we need to include?  The intent is to have internal CESG discussion.

We had a meeting earlier today in preparation of the LIF presentations.   A few items that need your help:

  1.  The CESG team plans to meet at some place on Tuesday 5/7 16:00 – 18:00 for a debrief and follow-on discussions.  Is it possible to meet at NIST or somewhere nearby?
I am working with NASA HQ to secure space for a follow up meeting after the forum. Could you please confirm the attendance of the following? My NASA affiliated folks will need to complete SATERN escort training ahead of time.
Sami, Tim, Klaus-Juergen, Peter, Jonathan, Erik, Rodney, Ignacio, Vinny, Tomaso, Daniel. Who am I missing?

  1.  It was deemed useful to the people that we are reaching out at this Forum to have the LIF presentations available to the attendees either before/during or after the meeting.  Is it possible?
Yes, it’s possible – perhaps we can post directly on the CCSDS LIF page - I will tag up with Brian on this and confirm.

  1.
