The final room assignments for next week are completed. Please note that working groups that meet throughout the week will likely switch rooms.

###IN-PERSON VS. VIRTUAL###

Approximately 25% of registrants have opted to attend virtually. The Secretariat encourages you to check the Registered Participants page, which details the breakdown of in-person versus virtual attendance for each meeting day. You can
determine the best ways to support your meetings and accommodate these virtual attendees.

###ROOM ACCOMIDATIONS###

We have been informed that the rooms have sufficient bandwidth and conferencing tools. If your room does not have the necessary conferencing tools for virtual attendees, please notify the staff at the sign-in table. They will provide you
with a Meeting Owl.

###SIGN-IN SHEETS###

We have sign-in sheets for each Working Group at the badging table. When you check-in, please let the staff know, and they will provide you with a printout for your Working Group. Once your last meeting of the week has been completed, please
return the sign-in sheet to the staff at the badging table.

After a successful test run in the Spring, the Secretariat has consolidated sign-in sheets into one sheet per working group, so you only need to take attendance for the week rather than daily.
