<p class="MsoNormal"><b>WORKING GROUP MEETING SCHEDULE <o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Due to ongoing security measures, the Department of Commerce Herbert C. Hoover (HCHB) building security staff is unable to accommodate our meetings ending at 5:30PM, therefore,
<b><u>all working group meetings must conclude no later than 5PM versus the planned-530PM time slots</u>.</b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>HERBERT C. HOOVER BUILDING VISITOR PROCEDURES/ARRIVAL PROCESS<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please plan to arrive at the 14<sup>th</sup> street visitor entrance (<b>350 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20230</b>). Registration opens at 800AM each day beginning on Monday, 29 April. Please communicate the importance of early arrival to
your working groups, and ask that they plan to arrive between 8:00-8:15AM for the Opening Plenary, and at least 30 min in advance of your working group agenda each day. There will likely be a large amount of CCSDS-ers arriving simultaneously each day and there
could be delays in entry, we thank you for your patience as there may very well be a line to enter the building. Upon arrival at the Herbert C. Hoover building, there will be a 3-4 min security screening process that will require you to provide government-issued
photo identification and a search/scan of your bag(s) and electronic devices. Please be sure to have proper identification with you to avoid being denied access into the building. For more details regarding this process, please visit:

table to sign in and receive name badging and meeting materials, including your working group sign in sheets.

<p class="MsoNormal">At the registration table, on Monday, escorts will be assigned to working groups 10 visitors to 1 escort. Working group chairs will be expected to communicate their agendas with assigned escorts to include any planned breaks and end of
day schedule. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9.0pt">*THE HCHB SECURITY SCREENING PROCESS APPLIES TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HOLD A CURRENT DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE BADGE.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The visitor security process is required for re-entry into the Hoover building after exiting for any reason. Please be prepared to undergo the security process if re-entering the building after lunch. If you plan to stay onsite for lunch,
there are pop-up restaurants oon the lower level of the Hoover building on Tues-Thurs with online/mobile ordering available through the
<a href="https://www.fooda.com/consumer-tech-features">Fooda app</a>. Additionally, there is a tunnel into the
<a href="https://rrbitc.com/dining/">Ronald Regan building</a> where there is a large food court area with many options – the re-entry process applies when leaving the Regan building via tunnel and returning to the Hoover building. There is a mini food market
located on the 5<sup>th</sup> floor the Hoover building where you will find a <a href="https://www.farmersfridge.com/locations/dc-us-dept-of-commerce/menu/">Farmers’ Fridge vending machine</a> and coffee/tea/beverages are available for purchase, card only
(no cash accepted). There is limited seating available near the mini food market, first-come, first-served.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>WI-FI/AUDIO-VISUAL CAPABILITIES IN CONFERENCE ROOMS<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">There will be wi-fi available with a passcode provided ahead of our meetings and signage onsite. Each conference room is outfitted with audio-visual capabilities to support hybrid meetings, included in each room are written instructions
with connectivity and troubleshooting details. There will be a limited number of tech support floating throughout the building each day.<b><i>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>CCSDS GROUP PHOTO <o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">On the morning of Wed, 1 May we will capture a group photo in the lobby of the Hoover building. Amber will follow up to share a confirmed time for the photo next Monday.
