<p class="MsoNormal">CCSDS is fully committed to support the international LunaNet initiative with targeted standardisation activities to ensure interoperability and cross support between its partners. It has therefore carefully reviewed the LNIS v5 specification
during its meetings in The Hague, Fall 2023. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please find attached a short presentation from CCSDS CMC and CESG about the LNIS v5 specification.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The general impression is that the LNIS v5 is not in a state of maturity that would allow for a productive line-by-line RID Review. We would therefore prefer to first have an interaction in the form of a meeting, subsequent to which we
can submit more detailed comments.<o:p></o:p></p>
