<p class="MsoNormal">This is to inform you that the IOAG has approved the updated Service Catalog #1 and the proposed changes to the IOAG – CCSDS Product Agreement at IOAG-25g on 13 June 2023.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The changes are mainly those that have been already presented to CCSDS CESG (21/2/23) and CMC (6/2/23).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The updated Service Catalog 3.0 is now publicly available at:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I have updated the IOAG priorities and need dates in the ICPA at
<a href="https://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/IOAG/IOAGEdit.aspx">IOAG-CCSDS Product Agreements - Default</a>. All updated entries are referring to the IOAG-25g in the IOAG comments field. Please note that the update resulted in 6 standards to be removed. These are marked
as ‘TO BE REMOVED’ in the comments field (as I cannot remove them myself). All changes are summarised in the attached Excel file. Please note that the work on updating Service Catalog #2 is just starting and that related entries in the ICPA have not been updated.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We would like to invite CCSDS to review the proposed changes and provide corresponding responses and comments (I would have liked to remove the previous CCSDS responses in the ICPA table as they may not be valid anymore but don’t have permissions
