for </font>

<li><font size=2 face="sans-serif">WG Report to the Area</font>
<li><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Area Report to CESG</font></ul><font size=2 color=red face="sans-serif"><b>Some
of the charts included in the new templates have been requested by the
CMC, (</b>i.e. Approved Project Status, Resource issues for approved Projects,
Upcoming New Work Items)</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">As its agreement at CESG level has
taken some time, we are asking everybody to use the template and give <u>only</u>
feedback to your AD/DAD during the Area Plenary to be held on 21st October
2016.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">CESG will discuss all comments during
its meeting on 24th October 2016, and update the template for the next
meeting in San Antonio.</font>

filled in the attached spreadsheets (1 per Area and within the file one
per WG) and cut / paste (as picture) them into the powerpoint presentation.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">As I am aware of the reluctance to do
this from scratch, I have prepared in 2 hours the files per Area. Filling
the tables will need not more than 15'-30' minutes per WG</font>

SEA Area excel file. Fill all the fields, in particular the resources estimated
in 2017,2018, 2019</font>

Project or an existing Draft Project) will be submitted during the next
6 months to the CMC for approval, keep the chart, delete the table

next 6 months to the CMC for approval, use the spread-sheet "Forthcoming
Projects" of the SEA Area excel file. Fill all the fields, in particular
the resources estimated in 2017,2018, 2019</font>
