As a reminder, during the Fall 2016 CCSDS technical meetings in Rome, Italy
the working groups will be required to optimize their room usage to accommodate
the use of only 12 rooms throughout the 12 days that we will be present
at ASI. As such, I have taken it upon myself to make several <i>small</i>
changes to the attached agenda based upon the Spring 2016 CCSDS meetings
in Cleveland, Ohio, changes are in Yellow. <br>
</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"> </font><font size=3 face="Calibri"><br>
I did my best with these changes to accommodate working group members’
attendance in other meetings per the attendance sheets and to also retain
meetings that met in serial during the spring meetings. To better plan
the meetings, I have used “.5” representing half a day of meeting to
count the number of meeting days and the number of meeting rooms required
by each day and each week. Those calculations are in the left-hand and
the bottom-columns. Where you see a .5 (or .25 in the case of a Plenary),
the presumption is that the WG will meet during that date and time.</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">

If you can please review the attached draft<b> </b>room planning schedule
