CESG Chairs activities in the last 2 weeks of September 2015 wrt the online
strategic plan, CWE charters and Projects. </font>

include below the planned CMC review and the where-abouts for its discussion
at the next CMC / CESG joint meeting</font>

<ol>
<li value=1><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Every WG Chair had to review
her/his charter and associated Projects (due date 31st August 2015)</font>
<li value=2><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Every AD has updated in-production
and included / updated  future Projects in the CWE</font>
<li value=3><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Every AD has distributed the
Area changes (word file with track changes on) to the CESG for comments.
SEA text will be delivered asap.</font>
<li value=4><font size=2 face="sans-serif">CESG Comments to the updated
text will be completed at the latest by 11th Sept 2015 cob</font></ol>

E2E review (online strategic plan, CWE WG charters, CWE Projects) <b>from
1st Oct until 30th October 2015. </b></font>

to the CESG a set of consolidated / integrated comments at the latest by<b>
30th Oct 2015 cob</b></font></ol>

2nd Nov 2015 until 13th Nov 2015</u></b></font>

<li value=1><font size=2 color=blue face="sans-serif">CESG will have 1
week (prior to the Darmstadt technical meeting) to evaluate the comments.</font>
<li value=2><font size=2 color=blue face="sans-serif">Every AD / DAD will
have the opportunity to discuss the CMC comments with the WG Chairs during
the technical meeting at Darmstadt</font>
<li value=3><font size=2 color=blue face="sans-serif">CESG will consolidate
all responses during the CESG meeting on 13th Nov 2015</font></ol>

the updated CCSDS Strategy Plan, associated charters and Projects will
