is very close to completing its deliverables. We can leave the room in the allocation just in case but beyond the London meetings the room allocation will not be needed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I have attached the meeting room blocks for the Fall 2014 Technical Meetings in London from 10-14 November 2014. These room blocks are mostly based on the last meeting in Noordwijkerhout. Note that the meeting in London will be a 5-day
technical meeting.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Our goal is to have the online meeting registration site opened by late August/early September 2014. In order to give the Secretariat IT staff enough time to build the online registration site,
<b>please review the room blocks</b> and let me know by <b><u>Friday, 1 August 2014</u></b> if there are any changes. We will try to accommodate your request/changes as best we can based on the rooms provided. Also, please let me know if you plan to use a room
for only a few hours so that we can plan accordingly. In addition, let me know if you will need teleconference capabilities.<o:p></o:p></p>
