Hello CESG-All Members!
The Spring 2024 Technical Plenary in Washington, DC hosted by the National Institute of Standards and Technology at the Department of Commerce (DoC), Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB) is fast approaching. The Opening Plenary will be held in the HCHB Auditorium and has stringent requirements for its audio-visual capabilities/support. We have been asked to submit the final presentation in its entirety no less than 2 weeks ahead of the Opening Plenary in order for the presentation file to be uploaded and shared by the DoC A/V support team. Please forward your area reports to Klaus-Juergen Schultz and I no later than 5 April 2024.
