[Cesg-all] [EXTERNAL] Slide 16/9 with renewed CCSDS logos

There was an additional discussion on the template at the end of the meeting when you might already left.
The ADs present at the meeting like the template that Ignacrio has created with all of the space agencies’ logos included.  Thus, the baseline is to use that one unless you see improvements that you want to add to it.
