He was also requested to provide one example of a cartoon combining MOIMS, SOIS, and CSS. Action: Peter Shames Due Date: 15 June 2015 Status: Open PS will produce a 2 page plan along with material produced, such to start the discussion with CMC CMC-A-2015-05-03 The Optical Communications Working Group was requested to answer and provide a clear statement on the proposed IOAG solution needed for the Moon Scenario (Wavelength): ? No issue if this can be handled as Deep Space scenario ? This was already demonstrated by Lunar Laser Communication Demonstration Action: Optical Communications Working Group Due Date: 30 September 2015 Status: Open Gippo contacted Bernie / Klaus Juergen. CMC-A-2015-05-04 The Cross Support Services Area was requested to consider using Terrestrial Generic File Transfer Service along with the CFDP File Structure to replace the following two standards: CSTS Forward File Service (CFFS) and CSTS Return File Service (CRFS). Action: Cross Support Services Area Due Date: 30 June 2015 Status: Open EB will clarify the action closure with MdG. CMC-A-2015-05-05 The Cross Support Services Area was requested to consider using Terrestrial Generic File Transfer Service along with the Tracking Data Message (TDM) to potentially eliminate the need for a new CSTS Offline Radiometric Service standard. Action: Cross Support Services Area Due Date: 30 June 2015 Status: Open CSS Area is assessing the concerns for packaging of TDM's in its validated context. It also is looking at validated data vs. raw data.If the TDM is missing some fields, it is the right time to update it (currently in 5 year review). EB/MdG will identify the details of the validated / raw data, and pass the info to NAV / MOIMS. Arch WG will look at these file transfer when adding the MOIMS / SOIS functionalities in the cartoons. CMC-A-2015-05-07 The Telerobotics Working Group was instructed to provide regular updates of its current activities (providing sufficient details on the projects) to the IOAG Liaison (CESG Chair) so that CCSDS activities and IOAG interests in this area are coordinated/synchronized. Only the sign bits are returned and not the ful set of soft symbols that would support further attempts at reconstruction of the original data. As a compromise that does not require significant RCF re-engineering this is probably acceptable, but it is sub-optimal. Keith Scott (Approve Unconditionally): In 911.[1,2,5], section 2.6.4.4 - Effects of Termination (same for each file) I believe the effect of the proposed changes would result in text of the form: a) if the delivery mode is complete online, the contents of the online frame buffer (see 3.1.9) is persistent except if in the RAF-UNBIND invocation the unbind-reason parameter is set to 'end' [present in the (a) and (b) items in 2.6.4.4].
