I realize that this is probably too difficult to fix at this stage without putting the book out for another agency review, and I'm not pushing hard for a change here. JAXA raised this idea supposing that it was still requested to suggest activities for the 30th anniversary of spring 2012 meeting (Action of CMC-A-2011-05-02).
