<p class="MsoNormal">Please find below the process deadlines that will pass prior to the upcoming September TC meeting in Burlingame, CA.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please let me know of any deadline extensions as I am starting to build the preliminary AB and TC agenda.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please request your document numbers early as I will be on vacation prior to the August 30 submission deadline (working on the weekend prior to Aug 30 to catch up with any last minute requests).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">If you are interested in submitting a LOI make sure to submit it on time to my attention.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">If you are interested in getting onto one of the open voting lists please let me know. I will make sure you’ll get added. Remember that all OMG members (excluding analysts and trial members) are eligible to vote at Task Force level.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Retail members can only vote on RFPs hosted by the Retail Domain Task Force<o:p></o:p></p>
