This OMG Policy document updates version 2 (smsc/15-03-06) primarily to
reflect the use of https rather than http.<br><br>
Please make sure to adhere to the above mentioned policy if you are
submitting a revised submission, a RFC submission, or a RTF/FTF report
for AB and subsequent TC consideration<br><br>
