The emphasis of the symposium is again on matters of Business and Finance as<br>
pertaining to Small Satellites and will be held at the Computer History<br>
Museum in Silicon Valley.  We are expecting between 800 and 1000<br>
participants and about 120 speakers.<br>
<br>
Most of the sessions will be in a Q&A format, with a goal of developing a<br>
conversation and each panel member having a chance (but no obligation) to<br>
comment on each question.  The moderator will prepare a number of 'toss up'<br>
questions and circulate them in advance to give you time to prepare some<br>
ideas if you wish.  The session is intended to be more spontaneous than<br>
rehearsed, since you will be commenting on what other panelists are saying,<br>
so there should not be a lot of prep time involved.<br>
